Autonomous Apes is an immigrant trio from Vancouver, BC. In our grungy sound we mix together energetic riffs with quiet and gentle melodic parts. Lyrics in our music are put to the front and often talk about inner problems that are so common among us all. In the 3 year span that the band has existed we've released 2 EPs and 1 studio LP “Heavy Balloon”.
